We will explore in a professional therapeutic environment, the things that matter to you, without judgement, guiding you through the process. It can be a major decision, support during  difficult times or simply clarification of a situation

What is counseling?

It provides a safe and confidential space for you to talk to a trained professional about your issues and concerns. Empathetic and in a non-judgemental environment. Your therapist will help you explore with you, your  thoughts, feelings and behaviors so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and of others.

What counselors do not do?

A counsellor will not give you their opinions or advice or diagnose nor prescribe any medication. They will help you realize your own solutions – whether that’s making effective changes in your life or finding ways of coping with your life issues and problems.
